Running: The sane need not apply...
Distance running is a major part of my life. It supports my physical and intellectual health. It also causes my friends and family to frequently question my sanity. In the past year, I've raced distances from a mile to 50K and everything in between. I race by myself and I race on teams. I race on trails and on roads.
