Creative Non-FIction? Essay? Whatchamacallit?

This semester I'm taking a creative non-fiction writing class. It is fabulous. It is amorphous.
I hope to eventually post most of my essays (about 10 or so) here, along with their prompts. For me, the most interesting part of this class has been process - almost every one of the pieces I've written for it have been workshopped by my peers. I view each essay as an infinite array of essays unfolding all at once. But how to show that?
